Initially the report is emailed directly to you, but we will post a copy too, this will include important information on your next steps and the process if you have any issues with your builder rectifying your defects.

Getting an independent professional snagger in to your new build is a must. Independent is the key word. The number of issues that Derek found was nothing short of alarming. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to fully inspect the home from the bottom to the top, whilst updating you along the way. Karen is very helpful and you get a comprehensive report the next day. There are many hidden catches with buying a new build.
