Getting an independent professional snagger in to your new build is a must. Independent is the key word. The number of issues that Derek found was nothing short of alarming. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to fully inspect the home from the bottom to the top, whilst updating you along the way. Karen is very helpful and you get a comprehensive report the next day. There are many hidden catches with buying a new build. Derek and Karen help you to navigate these through their expert knowledge within the new build industry. I highly recommend them, hence the 5 stars.
