If your builder is insisting on a snagging list within the first seven days after legal completion, this is not a problem. Let your builder know that you will be having your new house professionally snagged and you will submit your report when you receive it. Under Your warranty agreement you have the first 2 years to give a snagging list to your builder to rectify.
