Our Inspections

At Snag Pro Scotland we take great pride in the detail within both our home inspection and reporting. We deliver you an extensive PDF report initially by email and we can post a copy too on request if it contains 120 defects or less. This report includes images, locations, descriptions and priorities of defects found within your home, below are examples of the key areas we check both internally and externally.
We look at all parts of the property that can be visually accessed.

If your builder is insisting on a snagging list within the first seven days after legal completion, this is not a problem. Let your builder know that you will be having your new house professionally snagged and you will submit your report when you receive it.
Under your new home warranty agreement, you have the first 2 years to give a home snagging list to your builder to rectify.
